Hello dear one. I’m Helen Chin (she/they) and I’m a facilitator, coach, and organizational consultant with a 20+ year career in nonprofit and public sectors, working at the intersections of race, poverty, housing, health, and homelessness.
I support organizations in creating values-aligned strategy and facilitate engagements that prioritize meaningful shared experiences. I coach individuals and teams to develop more self-leadership and greater capacity for compassion and self-understanding.
Born in San Francisco, I am a bi-cultural, first-generation daughter of Burmese-Chinese immigrant parents. I live, work, and play on the unceded lands of the Tongva People.
I deeply value love, freedom, and dignity, and these values inform how I will partner with you.
